You can rate the games on Fish-Games.de. I put in this feature because you can see immediately which game is good and bad rated from the users.
Stars behind the gamestitles will show you how good they are rated:
 = rating: 5 - 6
= rating: 4 - 5
= rating: 3 - 4

Before you vote, open the game and play it :-)
If you like the game rate it with 4 - 6 points, if not rate it with 1 - 3 points.
Bad or rare rated games will leave this website sooner or later.
